Our Hospitality Technology Consultants Design Team work closely with Owners Development project teams, Architects, Interior Designers, MEP Consultants and Hospitality Developers to fully address the ELV technical requirements of the Project. The base format of the design services follow the RIBA Stages. These services may vary per project and can be developed to suit the Client’s needs, assisting in various pre-arranged design phases such as:

Concept / Schematic - Carried out during RIBA Stage 2

We will establish our Clients requirements from information Hotel Operator Brand Standards if applicable, design drawings provided to us, and through initial discussions.

 

We will then provide a Concept/Schematic Design document detailing our proposed design intent for each of the systems along with initial space planning requirements.

 

This phase may be provided as two individual phased submissions if the project programme requires.
